Love Chloe by Alessandra Torre !!! I just want to say one thing, WHY DID IT END !!!!!!! Seriously I never wanted this book to end !! You had me at the cover of the book. It was beautiful, the excerpt got me all excited and the story was phenomenal. I am grateful for receiving the ARC of this beautiful story. I absolutely loved it. It was refreshing in so many ways. It was cute, the struggles were truly heart felt and her determination to overcome the hardships was awe-inspiring. I loved her bond with her friends, it wasn’t superficial which I initially thought (how very presumptuous of me) and how it actually got healthier with time. The little creativity, the author showed by making an Instagram profile and the blog featuring on Cosmopolitan named The Bedroom Blog, where Chloe writes her diary, basically all the events happening in her life giving her perspective, made Chloe very realistic and interesting to a great extent. It’s an interesting journey of a girl who rediscovers herself after her fallen grace.

Chloe Madison is the only child of the Madisons. “A filthy rich financial advisor couple who pocketed a hundred million bucks from insider trading.” Now they were a front news for the embezzlement they caused. Chloe’s pampered life ended faster than a train wreck. In no time, their accounts were frozen, cars confiscated and assets seized, including her apartment. Basically once a NYU princess – was now homeless !!!

Chloe took her fall hard and turns to her BFF’s Cammie and Brenta. Living on the Cammies couch was impossible, but Chloe had no other choice. At least she got to keep her clothes after all the clusterfuck. Chloe was jobless and in order to get a job, she needed to finish her degree and for that she needed money. Never before was this a problem, but now her fate had twisted. To pay for her college dues, she tries to take up a job and after all the struggles, lands at Nicole Brantley’s (Condom Heiress married to mega rich Clarke Brantley). 

Nicole Brantley is a nightmare !! Chloe’s job description required everything from walking Nicole’s Dog, to managing her actress goals. Amidst all the craziness, Chloe comes across Carter ! Carter is a prince charming in disguise. They have a sizzling attraction, but Chloe cannot act on it.

THE BELLATOR SAGA : THE FIRST TRILOGY by Cecilia London !! This trilogy is hands down one of the best I have ever read. I was blown away with the story. The plot is sheer excellence and its execution is brilliant. The pattern focuses on the past and the present keeping you in synchronisation with the story. The characters and story gradually develops in all three books, creating a mystery that leaves you fixated and it also connects you immensely well with all the characters. Its a concoction of emotions, love, fear, gut wrenching pain, passion, humour, strength and so much more. Its so graphically detailed that certain parts of the story gave me chills. Yet another aspect of my fixation to Cecilia’s penmanship. The review will be brief, so as to maintain the thrill of the story and it should be read in a particular order:

Meet Caroline Gerard !! A rising Democratic Star also knows as America’s Political Sweetheart. She is beautiful, humble beyond recognition, compassionate and a woman with high moral values. Conscience is the second book in The Bellator Saga Trilogy. A continuation to Dissident. After reading the Dissident I needed this book like I needed my next breath. The story consumed me yet again. 

A Failed Escape Plan. The torture so unbearable it will shake your soul !

When the escape plan fails and Caroline is captured yet again by the officials, her worst nightmare is going to come true. These people are violent beyond imagination and will do anything to get the information they want. Their torture knows no bounds and they will break her physically and mentally if they have to. Caroline’s last ray of hope is that Jack will find her.

But as time elapses, the degree of torture increases and her strength to bear diminishes. Her loved ones are losing their lives and there is nothing Caroline can do. She dreams about the past, about what she had in her life, her family, her friends, the support and love she had and how she never thought, that life will change so drastically. A journey of Caroline’s and Jack’s married life and their endless support for each other in their political career is highlighted along with.

Sojourn is the third book in The Bellator Saga Trilogy and the continuation of Conscience.

The recovery is slow but they manage to heal her best to their ability as they are no doctors. Caroline is still haunted by the torture inflicted upon her by The Feds. A new identity is given to her and all of them try their best to make Caroline stronger physically. They train her with physical defense techniques and prepare her over the time to adapt her new self. To make herself stronger she tries to block the memories of her loved ones but its keeps derailing her train of thoughts. 

Their Journey from Washington D.C. to California was tumultuous and the threat of being caught by The Feds was looming on their heads. One wrong move and their freedom would be in jeopardy and lives at stake.

Reviewed SUBLIME AGONY by KORA ANDERSON !!

You know when you pick up a book and are like, “oh, I see where this is going”? Well…not gonna happen with this one !! 

Sublime Agony by Kora Anderson was unexpectedly good!!!  The story was intense, tragic, passionate and it drowns you in surprisingly unseen emotions.

The story opens up in the present time where Annalise Cass is a stripper at one of the elite strip clubs trying to make her ends meet for her Med School at Yale. I want to start this review by Congratulating M.E Gordon on writing a fantastic debut novel “Torn Hearts”. This book is a love triangle with a lot of hot mess between, a not so social socialite Elizabeth Monroe , a mysterious billionaire Spencer Salvatore and a charming photographer Simone. It will drive you crazy with a lot of sizzling hot drama and amazing humor. This book kind-of absorbs you and gives you a book hangover. I absolutely loved it and still hungover.

INSTANT LOVE with the Author Bella J after reading her debut novel Resplendent Ruin. She knows her Alpha male and she knows it too well. The story was honestly just addictive! It’s the kind of story where you start the book and then suddenly realize that you’re halfway through and you have barely stopped. It was thrilling, emotional, romantic, hot, sexy, a lot of drama, just what I was looking forward to.
